Recipes: BBQ favorites

After several years of the same results (bbq mostly being eaten before I can turn off the grill and get a plate for myself) I have decided to share my favorite recipe for pork. Whether you have ribs, pork steaks, pork fingers or whatever...put in a large ziplock bag when thawed. put liquid smoke, dale sauce, lemon juice, beer and zesty italian dressing in with it (I'll leave the amounts of each for you to figure out ;)). let sit refridgerated overnight. hen ready to grill, rub meat with southern flavor. (most walmarts in Alabama have this, use the one with the red label). add a pinch of garlic powder. If cooking ribs, cook in oven on 350 for an hour then about 10 minutes per side on grill, smaller pieces of pork just cook on grill. Before it's done, brush both side with Stubbs bbq sauce and let each side cook a few more minutes. Pull it off and enjoy with some turnip greens, skillet corn, baked beans and cornbread.
