Snowflakes fall hitting the softened ground.
Cupped gloved hands, entwined cold fingertips.
Footsteps of teenagers in love imprint their selves.
Winter romance, fresh as ever.
Snow angels collide, dancing on the floor.
Wind whirls swirl, embedding in each other’s company.
Footsteps of an elderly couple in love imprint their selves.
Winter romance, fresh as ever.
Log lit fires, blazing with heat.
Cup of hot cocoa, a splash of whiskey and a snuggle on the sofa.
No footsteps imprint their selves in the snow.
But winter romance, is still fresh as ever.
