My open heart, and open hands.
ascend into the Midnight Mass.
The world outside, is dark and still,
and still my soul, does soar.
Dancing light, and prayerful song,
illuminate the way,
all are welcome,
peace and blessings,
be unto you, this day,

When midnight tolls its bells
For time has come for worship
On this religious fervent night
Darkness folds softly round
Light inside
Where bodies rise
And kneel
And move
Together
In a dance
Of worship.
