Finding the Goddess
The Maiden is born into to a new dream
Of brightness, amazement, and frivolity.
The buds blossom,
The animals find love,
And hope mingles with the air.
Newness is upon the earth and her destiny awaits.
The Matron begins to interpret the dream
Of awareness, beauty, and purpose.
The spring storms subside,
The meadows blow in the wind,
Time slows and things start to matter.
A calmness settles upon the earth and she looks toward the harvest.
The Crone knows her dream
Of wisdom, fulfillment, and pleasure.
The leaves turn,
The cold whiteness adorns the ground,
Yet she sits by the fire with contentment.
And at the end, winter comes to bring her home.
