How to grow the most beautiful tresses of long, healthy hair is a carefully guarded beauty secret. After all, the hair styles worn by women of style, position, and flawless beauty are always dazzling. How do they do it? What's their beauty secret for growing such beautiful hair?
Beauty secrets are sometimes the most cherished, as well as the most sought after secrets known. Television ads tease and tantalize with the latest natural beauty secret. In the United States an entire industry has grown up around beauty enhancing hair treatments of all kinds. Popular hair products, some advertised as being all natural or organic, are widely available for both men and women, practically everywhere.
Regardless of the type of product you prefer, there are really only two real secrets for growing long, healthy hair naturally. The first secret, as you might suspect, is a well-balanced and nutritious diet regime that is rich in natural vitamin D. It is a well-known fact that Vitamin D is important factor for healthy hair growth. Natural sources of Vitamin D in your diet include fatty fish, fish oil, eggs, beef liver and mushrooms.
The second secret for growing long, healthy hair is the use of either a natural hair tonic or lotion to stimulate the hair glands to produce hair. A natural hair tonic for stimulating growth can be made from soaking 4 small sliced chillies in a pint of eau de cologne, which is a mixture of ethanol and citrus oils. This tonic is sure to have a tingling effect, and if you use it, be very careful not to get any into your eyes. For a more kinder hair enhancing tonic, try any that provide gentle stimulation the hair glands.
A third secret for growing long, healthy hair is the scalp massage and hot-oil treatment. Scalp massages are useful for growing healthy hair because a gentle massage provides stimulation to the hair glands. A daily scalp massage works wonders for the scalp and feels good, as well. Essentially, stimulating the scalp results in increased blood flow to the hair glands, enhancing hair growth, the scalp, and the hair follicles. A proper scalp massage includes the application of so-called "essential oils" such as Tea Tree Oil, Geranium, Oregano, Cinnamon, Lavender, Lemon, Lemon Tree Oil, Myrtle, Palmarosa and Eucalyptus oil, among others. Essential oils are fragrant oils that permeate the scalp and stimulate hair glands. Hair treatment oils are applied before washing, heated prior to use, and left on for 5 to 10 minutes. Afterward, you scalp while have a warm, tingling sensation that will last for awhile. The combination of scalp massage and hot oil treatment will do wonders for maintaining healthy hair.
Hair doesn't have to be long to be beautiful. It does, however, need to be healthy and vibrant. If you maintain a healthy diet, rich in Vitamin D, regularly apply a natural hair-growth stimulating tonic, and enjoy an occasional scalp massage and hot-oil treatment, your hair will be naturally healthy and beautiful, as well.
