Victims of abuse: When enough is enough

The truth is that any individual who will use physical force does not love you in a way that is worth continuing. If he truly loves and values your contribution to his life then he will seek help for his anger management issues. If he strikes you then it is time to tell him to hit the curve. The time will come when the cycle is redundant and no longer worth putting yourself at risk for. The truth is that abusers will never fix themselves they need professional care.

You must believe that you are worth loving and respecting. If you don't he won't. If you allow yourself to continually be abuse you will only shorten your life. The heart issues that come with the baggage that abuse brings about is to significant to just throw to the side. When you are no longer feeling value in a relationship you must leave. That is the point where enough becomes enough.
