The pitter patter of a young heart
Watching a new girl from the start
Is it true
Or just a ruse?
Seeing her in class
Just staring at that lass
Makes my heart go pitter patter
As I hope my world does not shatter
Too shy to ask, to important to forget
Forever and ever I will always regret
Is it everlasting love
Or just a fleeting dove?
