Google has come out with another feature of its own - an internet browser. Chrome allows you to do many different things that other browsers would not allow you to do, surpassing Firefox and Internet Explorer in its features.
Firstly, Google Chrome allows easy tabbing between multiple pages. Most people know about the easy tabbing which you can use between windows, however, Google Chrome has its own spectacular tabbing system. Most modern browsers have tabs in one window, however, these are usually difficult to switch between. By using the Ctrl+Tab shortcut, you can easily switch between tabs in a single window. This can be a significant advantage in multiple ways. For example, you might want to quickly refresh more than one page at one time. The order of switching tabs can be easily decided by dragging the tabs at the top of the screen left and right according to your preference, and this aids your problems of refreshing two or more pages at once in a specific order.
Another important tip when using tabs in Google Chrome is to remember the fact that you can combine two windows into one, and drag tabs between one window and another. For example, if you have two windows both with two tabs, with tabs A and B in the first window and tabs C and D in the second window, it would be possible to 'drag' the first tab into another window by simply hovering over Tab A, clicking and holding, then dragging the tab over to the second window. This would cause tab A to be in the same window as tab C and D, and leave tab B as the only tab in the first window.
Google, being one of the most used search engines ever, would never create a program which doesn't link in some sort of way to the well known Google Search engine. Not many people use the internet without touching a search engine in their sessions. The URL bar in Google Chrome, when a search phrase is punched in, will, like a normal Google Search, show common Google searches below, as well as searching your phrase in your selected default search engine when you press Enter. This is helpful in many different ways - such as the fact that you do not need to go to other search engines websites before searching for your term.
The tips, tricks and shortcuts of Google Chrome are simple, yet convenient and ingenious. Learning these special additives not found in other browsers can enhance your browsing experience by a large amount.
