Having a Vision

Many societies perform rituals that would evoke a Vision, this is not a dream because they believe that the Vision will come true. Dreams are wonderful flights of fancy that we accept will not come true, yet the vision is stalwart and clear. Every successful business starts with a vision and the visionary acts as the protagonist to make it real. While not all businesses stay on the path, for which they start, the vision will always remain the end goal. This gives a great amount of flexibility, and endurance to the business with a vision, keeping pace with the changing world and changing markets, to find alternative paths to success. Ultimately, it is the vision of success that pulls a business through failures and setbacks.

In modern business there are no rituals to create a vision for a company's success, this vision must come from within, and spread to the members of the business, every member. Each has to share in the vivid reality that will come from maintaining faith in the vision; each member must posses their own unshakable vision that can align with the over all vision for the business. If one were to look at the individual staff members of any of the most successful businesses in the world, one would find these companies are stacked with dynamic, creative visionaries, who lend this belief to the greater vision of the company. This aggregate of creative force compounds and magnifies the original vision bringing it not only to life, but also to reality.
