You will need;
3 Lbs Chicken Breasts or Tenders
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Butter (1 stick)
1/2 Cup Hot Sauce
The first thing you want to do is evenly coat the chicken in the flour and set chicken aside on sheet pan. Then in medium frying pan on medium heat, melt butter then add hot sauce. Place chicken in sauce, cook on each side for 2 minutes. Then place on broiling pan or sheet pan and broil for 6-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Then flip chicken over and broil for 6-10 more minutes or until browned. Serve with rice and dressing to help cool, or nothing if you think your brave! Enjoy!
