The best way to pray

Prayer is merely a fancy word for communicating with God. It requires no posturing or special techniques other than sincerity and communication from the heart.

We may or may not speak our prayers with our mouths all the time, but it doesn't matter because God knows when we are communicating with Him.

God responds when we draw near to Him. (James 4:8) He can communicate with us in limitless ways which can be double-checked by aligning what we believe He is communicating to us with the scriptures. If it doesn't line up with the scriptures we cannot rely on it.

With God - on the other hand,  it 's important to be naked and real with Him because He sees straight into our hearts, anyway. He already knows everything there is to know about us.

For example, we could go to a psychologist and tell them about our
