Throughout the entire time I have been working, every job that I have held has been a temporary job. When the only jobs you can get are temporary jobs, it can be hard to make to make it financially. Temporary workers are paid less than their hired-on counterparts-usually for the same job. There is also no job security at all. You can even be let go without any real reason or notice.
Tips for Your Money:
Here are some financial tips for the temporary worker that I have had to learn the hard way. I hope you, the reader, can learn from them.
Make no financial commitments. As a temporary worker, you can loose your job at any time. Also, it might be a while before you get another one. Take it from someone who made the mistake. Don't buy anything where you have to make payments. Don't get a cell phone with a contract, don't rent-to-own anything, and definitely don't lease a car. Your credit will be ruined when you can no longer pay.

Being hired on:
The only way to get out of being a temporary worker is to be hired on somewhere. This is usually a big pay increase and most of the time you do the same job. Here are a few tips to help you get hired on.
The first thing that needs to be done when you are getting hired on is to actually show up. I have seen so many other people who complain about not getting hired on and they never show up or are late most of the time! Just showing up like you are supposed to can be a big plus and put you higher up on the "to hire" list.
Ask about getting hired on full time. If you don't let your employer know that you are looking to get out of being a temp, you are less likely to be hired.
Do your job and do it the best that you can. This also shows your boss that you are worth hiring.
Even if you think you are going to be hired on at the company you currently
