How to avoid getting pregnant

The easiest way to avoid getting pregnant is not to have sex in the first place, the most common mistake people make ( especially the people who have sex the first time ) is the saying " oh it wont happen to me " the reality is that it will happen to you weather you are 16 years of age or 30 years of age and above, there is always that possibility of getting pregnant without protection even if you think you can't have any.

The best way to avoid getting pregnant and to enjoy sex without getting stressed about pregnancy is to use protection or as we know it birth control. Birth control comes in all different methods and some people prefer one to the other, here are top 3 forms of birth controls that are effective, but remember no birth control is a 100% effective.

Condoms - now condoms are the most popular form of birth control mainly because ( with practice ) it is easy to put on and you can still enjoy sex, condoms also help prevent any STD (sexually transmitted diseases ) and this is the only form of birth control that actually does so,It is put on the male penis and it is easy to put on here's how to do so, without using your nails or teeth carefully rip the side of the packaging until there is an opening so you can see the condom itself, carefully take the condom out and throw the packaging safe in the bin. While the penis is erect hold the tip of the condom and squeeze so there is no air in the tip, this can prevent the condom from splitting during sexual intercourse, put the condom at the base of the penis ( but making sure the tip of the condom is air free ) and gently slide the condom down to the end of the penis so it stays secure, although condoms are a favourable method of birth control it is not 100% effective as it can split, so remember to buy the right condoms for you, they come in all different textures to flavours so you just have to experiment to see which one is for you.

The pill or OC "Oral contraceptive" is another form of birth control, it is taken at the same time everyday without a break, a girl who is taking the pill may have her periods stopped or become irregular, for the first 7 days of taking the pill it is recommended that she uses another form of birth control just to help prevent pregnancy. After the 7 days are up the pill can work on its own to prevent pregnancy but again, it is advised to use a condom to help prevent an STD. There are some side effects that come with taking the pill such as irregular or no period what
