Reformed
I thought I knew the pain’s reward.
Does the end justify the means?
What if I am left forever, empty?
Something so intrinsically me,
Sliced away without compassion.
Cut off and never regenerated.
Do you see what I give for you?
My whole self, a sacrifice.
Here I am, raw, pure, and true.
Recognize my amputation.
See me as reformed.
Know I am devoted, submissive.
Fill up the emptiness inside.
Complete me before someone
Breaks me. Or fills this void.
