We all need to find other ways to earn money with the world economic crisis as it is. Other people have blogged about the same or similar ideas & I'd like to share with you some of my ideas on making money from home - mainly online but some are offline too. .

BLOG FOR AD REVENUE
If you like writing, then blogging for ad revenue will bring in money for you. Sites such as

Google AdSense Account.

BE A FORUM MODERATOR
There are alot of forum website owners that do not have the time to keep an eye on everything on their website & need help. Apply to these websites to be a moderator as the owners pay for your time.

WRITE ARTICLES FOR WEBSITES
Websites such as Helium is a place where you can not only write stories but real articles too. They also have a market place section where you can write articles for different companies and get paid for it. If the article is any good, you may also get asked by the company to write more. This is one of the best sites to get your name out there if you're a budding writer.

GET PAID TO POST IN FORUMS
Sites such as MyLot is a good place for this. you get paid per post and you can also rate discussions & posts. The more active you are, the more you earn.

START A PODCAST
This is the same as a blog but on video. You can have this on your website or if you want exposure about some of your paying websites, upload your podcast onto sites such as YouTube.

TRANSLATE DOCUMENTS
If you can speak more than one language, put it to use. There are plenty of businesses out there who need their documents translated They normally pay per document & this can easily be done via email.

BE A LIFE COACH OR COUNSELLOR
There are alot of websites out there these days that do counselling via email or a live messenger service. These sites are always looking for these types of counsellors. Check out some of these sites as some of them you will need to be qualified & others will be wanting volunteers.

BE A GAME TESTER
If you like playing computer games then this will be the job for you. There are alot of game developers out there that need people to test their new games & give feed back. Not only will you get paid for playing a computer game but some developers will let you keep the prototype.

REFER PEOPLE TO JOBS
Become friends/colleagues with job agencies, also search the jobs wanted section of the internet & as jobs become available, refer the right person to the job & charge the job agency a percentage for your work.
