Twitter is the most popular micro blogging internet service. Many believe it is SMS of the internet and it is essentially a free service. Many writers and marketers use twitter to promote their work and services. Even though twitter is extremely popular it has some drawbacks when it comes to sending a message across. One drawback is that your message will last only a short time in follower’s timeline. So he/she may not see it or ignore it.
One solution to above problems is tweet scheduling and automation. By scheduling tweets, you can target follower’s most active time period. So the chance of seeing the message increases. By automating tweets you can repeatedly send the message, so the chance of your followers seeing it increases further. But sending repeated tweets manually can be pretty time consuming.

Twaitter
Twaitter is a web based tweet scheduling and automating solution that is in beta testing and it is free at the moment.
Pros
At the moment it is free, but may change in the future after they launch “gremlin”, their next version. You can schedule and repeat unlimited tweets. But it is advisable not to send same tweet more than once per day. Another useful feature is the ability to integrate ping.fm. Ping.fm can send your message across many social websites such as MySpace, Google buzz and Facebook.
Cons
Twiatter is in beta testing, so frequent service disruptions do occur. They can sometimes become annoying. In addition, their interface is insanely slow. Usually It takes around two minutes to schedule a new tweet or reschedule a tweet. There are no bulk tweet uploading features (using excel or txt file). There is no tweet queuing feature, where you can add one tweet after another in predefined time.
Buzzom premium or Haklus
Buzzom premium (now called Haklus) is a paid version of buzzom. It has a nice interface to schedule and automate tweets. Free version offers scheduling but no automation.
Pros
Compared to other services in the net this service is pretty cheap (10$ for one account per month). But the catch is that you need to pay 6$ for additional twitter accounts. Another positive feature is ability to upload tweets in bulk using an excel sheet.
