I've been down and been out, and been out of my mind,
I've been round and around, and I've travelled through time,
And I've seen the future, I've seen you and me
Together forever, you know I wish it could be
But thats just not reality.
I'd like to say that I love you, and you love me,
But we got to be thinking rationally,
Cause if something can end, then it doesn't exist,
And I know that soon you'll be bored of my kiss,
Cause I've seen the way you look at other guys,
And nothing ever changes under this blue sky,
No, we're not that naive
To think that love could come, and not ever leave
Yeah, you know it's true,
I wish I could love you.

Girl, you know, you're the champ
Golden gloves of romance
A butterfly is what you
I can’t fly with these broken wings
Medicate to stop the feelings
I can’t remember what you said
Memories are fading
