The most useful business software of 2010 and all time would have to be Microsoft office.   More specifically, the Excel spreadsheet program which allows basic business functions to be recorded with little confusion.  The spreadsheet layout is easily recognizable and universal in its usage.  Basic business practices include some form of spreadsheet application.  Excel spreadsheet is the answer to any spreadsheet problems for business in 2010.  Excel allows for math, accounting, sales, receipts, and employee pay to be created and tracked with ease. 

Small business owners love the program because of its simple setup and multi usage options.  The small business owner can keep close attention to all records and track the success of the business day-to-day.  The user friendly interface allows big business to accept Excel as the best software to use intra-office.  Multiple branch business is hard to keep uniform with all the different programs available but Excel can be duplicated very easily.  This duplicating capability keeps big business attracted to Excel.  Since, the program does come standard with most computers it’s also the choice for the institution of education.   

The Excel program is also loved by teachers of all grade levels.  Teachers easily track hundreds of grades and parent consent forms using the filing capabilities of Excel.  The shear productivity that Excel brings to business and its easy usage keeps the program as the best for 2010.  The Excel program boosts the users’ creativity pushing the users’ acceptance of the Excel program.  The most fascinating part of Excel is that the creativity roots from the equation creation option.  This equation capability allows users to create any equation using both numbers, letters, existing files, and existing equations.  These equations can be created to show total assets, income, losses, etc…  These equations help any user come up with new ways to show whatever solutions they like to display or showcase. 

The Excel program also includes regular updates as new versions continually build on the program.  2010 business software is vast and complex in usage but the biggest reason for Excel “all time best” is that its general use and easy interface keep it attractive for future big and small business owners, creators and educators. 

There are plenty of good programs options for business in 2010 but Excel allows for diverse users and little to no technical expertise.  Fortunately, for users Excel can keep anyone up to date with current and future spreadsheet work.  The user friendly and universal use of Excel makes it the most useful business software of 2010.
