To reference a place called Hunza, in northern Pakistan, mountains region, is a place, where no cancer has existed, no chemicals, totally organic, and water coming from the mountains with, an alkaline base, their elders are not considered aged, but those of Golden years, those who know how to do it better, and with experience, a man of 125 can achieve the same agility as a 20yr old, but with more precision. A study of the Life style instigated a whole world movement. To this day, you will find, many who try to Capitalize off of the Secret of their way of extended life cycles, it has been compared to the Fabled, Shangrila.

Food is consumed as Live as possible. Even water from any vegetables is saved and used, for the mineral content, and not one pharmaceutical, drug is used by doctors to enhance their life as it seems they have the Secret. Being Muslim is an interesting connection, although it seems, that they Drink their own made wine on special occasions. They all work and grow their own foods, and preserve the quality of foods, must like foods, that would be have been consumed within the Garden of Eden. Something to consider since it is one of the Longest Life cycles, and they don't even record their years, it is insignificant. Yet they live in the face of the Mountains, and work very hard, and say that working hard, and they relax and pray 5 times a day, a total state of relaxation. Also in spring a period of Fasting to purge the system.

Giving value to Something that remains almost a Secret from Mankind. We better hope that our Governments didn't bomb it. Even the English could not get to it, not even Genghis Khan, could conquer it.

Value has to be give where it is due, suppression of information, or enough money to make tests appear as sound as possible.

Maintain a Healthy Body is through following A good diet and proper exercise. 2 Major things we forget, and it is lack of care in these 2 areas, that get them to put a band aid on serious issues of Poverty and they capatise on the suffering in Canada, where Our Medicare is paid for and the poor, can get, all the Phycotpic, Drugs, and yet cannot get less for proper health care.

The in balance in the system, promotes, people to sell their drugs, on the Streets, to get money for food, and possibly other basic needs, or addictions. And the Boys who sit in Government found a way to pay off the Corporations and not service Humanity at the basic core needs level. Sad and an Injustice.

When one has experienced the Drugs that can be given, and even become addicted, and go through a serious withdrawal. Yet not so serious as those trapped within the Zombie Zone as i would call it when I was there. We would forget we had a choice, or even a voice.

We have reference to a better way, the Pharmaceutical industry is being gently pushed to the side, with Alternative medicines being in such demand, and Canada is going to fight to maintain their right to health Care, and that would mean, Food, and basic needs. Instead of directing the Monies to a Corporation that does not breathe.

There are ways from other parts of the World that prove the essence of proper nourishment and vitamins and minerals in our diet, with exercise. And I would say Grounding 5 times a day. Gives added benefit. To relaxations techniques in an ever coming multi paced world.
