To legalize or to not legalize: Should marijuana be legalized?

by Blake Thomas Miller

Anybody who votes against Marijuana is being political. They are hypocrites because, they have used the medicine for themselves. Ninety nine percent are adult users.  Legalize marijuana for it's parish and, spiritual values!  Maybe, Marijuana is a social privilege which, becomes like, the holy grail. Maybe, marijuana has a more altruistic effect on other individuals who actually enjoys being on cloud nine. It is like saying, sex is bad.  Maybe, sex is bad, if you aren't protected and, unaware if your partner is safe or, not. Hemp could be America's biggest asset if we dared to industrialize it. The international communities would truly respect us more for humanitarian mercies and, better philosophies.

It is torture to keep marijuana away from those who need it. It is cruel and, unusual punishment to deprive citizens of what be a bliss. Thus, it becomes unconstitutional to torture. It violates the US constitution if the government are punishing any Americans cruelly. If they want to use marijuana,  why should we torture and, punish them? Including yourself, you do want marijuana and, you know it. The sales of legal marijuana would become a corporate success. Basically, it is an violation to disregard an amendment in the Constitution. Cruel and unusual punishment is disallowed. It is the vision of our forefathers, who were hemp users themselves.

If the customer demands marijuana, it is a business ideal to supply them instantly. Customers could be arrested for trying to satisfy their craving.  The need to get high is a daily challenge, needlessly.  Marijuana should be accessible and, be accepted without a consequence. Dealer could face some serious charges if they were caught red handed. Honestly, it is a stupid law. If it were up to me, I would set everybody free who were charged with this stupid law.  If it was up to me, it would be legal . They are not criminals in my eyes for promoting medicine. Maybe,  to be creative, they should be set free in a third world nation who are struggling everyday. The real criminal is this needless and, hypocrite law. This weed-hating law is the Achilles heel for prosperity.

What harm is there in getting high privately? There nothing wrong with this medicine, but there is
