With Halloween coming up, it's time to start thinking about what celebrities or popular characters of 2010 that you want to spoof this year with your costume. There are going to be so many people running around as these characters, seriously loving them and wanting to be them, that it is up to you to make fun of them with your own costume. Here are some ideas for Halloween costumes of popular characters and celebrities from 2010:

*Justin Bieber and the water bottle*

The only time many people have chosen to watch Justin Bieber was when they repeatedly played the Youtube video of him getting hit with the water bottle during a concert. The video showed that moment of impact over and over again, even adding in slow-mo, and then the viewer happily watched that video over and over again for the laugh. Yeah, you know the video.

What you need for the costume:

Stylish clothing: Justin Bieber likes to look in style, but he also seems to wear an awful lot of hoodies and hats. Your Halloween costume should have a pair of jeans, a little baggy. Have a pair of sneakers on your feet. Wear a t-shirt with a zippered hoodie over it. You can either wear the hood on your head, or add a cap to complete the outfit.

A dog tag necklace: Apparently, Justin Bieber is always wearing a dog tag necklace from a fan. Find a cheap-o dog tag necklace and toss it around your neck.

Justin Bieber hair: If you have the hair that you can make wind-swept like Justin Bieber's then perfect. If not, you need a wig. Halloween 31 has a Bruno wig that surprisingly looks exactly like Justin Bieber's hair. At an original price of $20, it's cheap enough for your Justin Bieber Halloween costume.

A microphone: For those impromptu performances fans will beg for.

A water bottle: This is what makes the Justin Bieber Halloween costume perfect. Take an empty water bottle and attach it to one side of your forehead. Use a heavy extra strength double-sided tape to help it stay put. Attaching it to the bangs of your wig, to the hood of your hoodie, or to the hat, will keep the bottle from permanently attaching to your head.

When Lindsay Lohan got her verdict read to her, she broke down. She did not expect to receive jail time, and it showed. A Halloween costume of Lindsay during the moment of her verdict would make for a fun costume.
