'Make-up sex' as it is commonly called; can be one of the most intense, stimulating, and tiring activities in a sexual relationship. Its also extremely benefical on a number of levels; this kind of sex in particular has amazing emotional benefits.

When sexual attraction is so strong that in the midst of a fight , you begin going at each other sexually; a unique blend of aggression and love occurs. Even if the make up sex initiates after the argument has cooled down a bit; it still does wonders to us emotionally and physically.

Make up sex is generally intense in emotional and physical regards; it tends to be more strenuous as anger frustration finds its outlet in rougher sex. The couple also bonds during this sex and its a great feeling to be intimate and feeling a dopamine release after a frustrating and emotionally damaging fight or argument.

I think the greatest value of make up sex comes from the simple fact that fighting with someone your attracted to brings forth so many emotions of anger, hatred, frustration, sadness so that when the sex comes you experience the opposite emotions towards that very same person. It also has a way of realigning a couple's emotions towards each other; you begin to realize that the fight was pointless, that sex is better then fighting, and that you don't hate the other person, you value them and adore them.
