Poetry: In your soul

by Steve Marshall

Created on: August 27, 2010

In your soul, are you whole, in your role?

Our soul's whole sole role here is to enrol.
Enrolling in God's school here, unearthed.
Birthed into the unknowing of knowingness,
glowingly unfolding, not controlling our goal.

The windows of our soul are open to love.
In souls, love plays unshadowed, extolled.
Each heart contains the essence of soul.
In your soul, you are joined to God above.

Our soul awakens within us when we see,
in our soul we are as free, as we can be.
Losing our mind to our heart finds our soul,
in our soul, as long as we do not dig a hole.

Burying our mind is never the right answer.
We need a mind to remind to find our heart.
In your soul you are the realer you all alive,
as long as you survived playing love's part.

Soul was brought out from God to reflect,
to himself he was tied up in his oneness.
God wanted a new face, so created soul,
love exploded from oneness to infiniteness.
