Family,
Gathering around in good times and bad,
Thanksgiving dinners each working hard for the family to enjoy,
Babies born everyone standing around to welcome this newborn,
Funerals brought the most distant relative to your home to share your grief,
Glad or Crying, they were there,
Sticking together, always ready to defend,
Blood was thicker than water,
Family once that "was" is lost to yester years,
Family now is twisted and snarled by divorce,
Revenge is all that is set in store,
As ugly and painful as any sore, no way to mend, no way to heal,
If not for my Heavenly Father's plan,
I would have no Family like I long for,
Yet... in his LOVE, his plan gives a caring embrace, stills the troubles of my soul,
You see I know because God gave his only begotten son to restore and make whole,
If you want to be part of his family, ask forgiveness for your sins, Thank Yahushua that he died for you and rose again,
Be adopted into the Family of God, where there will be Joy unspeakable, no measure can be told,
Where he will wipe away all our tears,
Time will be endless pleasure that will last forever,
Pain and suffering we will not know,
This life is as Job said, Short and Full of Trouble,
Is that how you want to spend your eternity, with no Family, out in the darkness of hell, where there is wailing and nashing of teeth,
You can deny the Father now, but remember, he will deny you then,
I know this resonates in your soul, run and hide, but it doesn't change the tide, you will die one day, for sin has set you on a collision course,
And when your life is over, where will you be,
With a Family that is loving and secure or forever separated from your Creator in torment because you laughed at your chance?
