Poetry: Dying

by Eileen Montleon

Created on: August 26, 2010

Dying

Looking into the eyes of death

really does make you think

How life passes with a blink

I try not to fear

for I know the Lord holds us dear

Watching some of our loved ones fall

reminds us we also will have a call

from the heavens up above the sky

Where God will let us in

I am sure that's where life really does begin
