At some point of life, you have to buy a car. Then you have to decide whether to buy a new or a used car.
My decision would be to buy a used car for 3 main reasons:

1. The used cars are less expensive. Even if the car was produced the same year
you bought it, but it is already used, the car is already less expensive.

2. The new car's insurance costs are high. When you buy a new car it is logical that
it's insurance costs will be high, because that only the car is new.

3. Most people when they buy new cars, they fix the things that are cheap or that
they don't like (for example: small wheels changed for bigger ones). When you will
buy a new car you wouldn't have to do it.

If you decide to buy a new car, there are also good sides of it.

1. When you buy a new car their mileage is minimal.

2. Nothing's broken.

3. longer car warranty.

It is your decision, to either buy a new car or a used car.
Before buying either one of them, contact a mechanician or a trusted person to check the car for any broken things.
