Poetry: Fairness

by Joseph Wardy

Created on: March 03, 2007   Last Updated: May 14, 2007

An infant born deficient,
A child blinded by a freak accident,
Teenager killed in a car accident,
Where's the fairness?

Executives paid millions,
Many others only in pennies,
Millins starving and homeless,
Where's the fairness?

Its not about fairness of circumstances,
The question is the reaction,
That shows the fairness of character.
