Green
Green is a special color,
That can help us feel more calm,
A color found in nature,
It's like a soothing balm.
It is the color of forests,
And also of jungle scenes,
And Ireland, the Emerald Isle,
Is full of incredible greens.
Green is the color of juicy limes,
And of leaping, jumping frogs,
And of other slithery critters,
That live in watery, smelly bogs
.
Spinach and peas are green,
And broccoli's green as well,
I'd rather eat Key Lime pie,
It's green and tastes so swell!
