American Media: Crimes Against The Citizenry
Failure to Report Fact is Criminal
November 2, 2004
Cowardice and Conspiracy, or Irresponsibility and Dereliction of Duty
There continues to be exhibited a failing by the US media. American citizens have been denied truth, fact, and real debate because of intimidation, trepidation, and fear of an appearance of political favoritism.
The second and most abhorrent crime of the US media conglomerates is their insistence upon using political party spin, rhetoric, and mis-representations and presenting it as news. This is followed closely by their use of individuals who are proven to have committed fraud, have lied in public, or have manipulated statements, and the presentation of these individuals as reliable news sources.
The following is a list of the Crimes that have been perpetrated upon the public by the media:
1. failed in whole to report truth, fact, and data that was vital for providing informed voters.
2. used rhetoric, spin, and misrepresentations without question, and presented this as fact.
3. conducted interviews with individuals that have committed fraud and falsified photographs without questioning the individuals on these points.
4. have not presented the facts with regard to the building of the oil pipeline in Afghanistan. Exxon, Unical, and Chevron were building before we had secured any of the nation.
5. have not shown the innocent human loss in Afghanistan or Iraq. Not one segment showing the thousands of children being killed in the Iraqi cities by US missles.
6. failed to report the crimes, frauds, and conspiracies of the 2000 election; worse, did not defend the people they serve by calling for investigations and criminal liabilities.
7. failed to report the use of congressional, senate, and RNC aids and assistants that were presented as "protestors" during the recount of 2000. These people were flown and bussed to Florida and were known to be RNC workers by the media.
8. failed to report that the way in which the Florida election boards were handling the recount was the exact same method used and approved of by the RNC in manyother states at exactly the same time.
9. failed to report that the methods being attempted in Florida were the "usual and accepted" methods for 30 years.
10. failed to point out the job placements, administrative placements, and promotions that occurred after the 2000 elections for those who assisted with the frauds in Florida.
11. failed to report that the only areas of Afghanistan being
