When you are an article writer the basis of your writing's need a solid foundation. When it comes to a solid foundation you don't want bugs, errors, and so on. So what is the difference and who stands out when it comes to Openoffice and Microsoft word? Well, this answer is very simple but we will look at the highlights and low ends of each application.
Openoffice provides you an absolutely free alternative when it comes to software such as Microsoft Word. The biggest plus that stands out to help you with writing articles is a simple masterpiece. This is the default formatting tab. Many writers alike need to copy content in order to save a little time. Microsoft Office has a very complicated way of doing this, when Openoffice has a one right click way of finding this very useful tool. The worst thing when it comes to using Openoffice is the double spacing. If you get paid to write articles, you'll often need to write many articles at a time. But with Openoffice after you get to about your tenth article the double spacing get's turned on and there's no other option but to open a new page and copy and paste your work. This is a hassle not one article writer in existance needs to deal with.
Microsoft Office is a wonderful tool with a very little amount of downfalls. The biggest option that sticks out with Microsoft Office is that it comes with a "Fragmented Sentence" finder. This is great for article writers simply because it helps up the quality of their work. The downfall that most have to deal with is that Microsoft Office doesn't have an easy accessible default formatting tab. This can waste your time by a lot if you're either an article spinner or need to copy and paste every once in awhile.Though, Microsoft office does not come cheap, it is a very useful tool for many article writers alike.
All in all Microsoft Office is the true winner when it comes to your office needs. Many people hate the double spacing bug that comes with every installed Openoffice download. Though you can't go wrong with free! If complaining is your thing sort of like the man who is reviewing these two useful tools, you may want to purchase your copy of Microsoftoffice As you should know, "It's the small things that count"
