Just hearing those three words, "I Love You", makes anyone feel special.  These days, most people are in such a rush with everything between work, kids and just life in general.  They are sometimes so busy and focused on other things that they forget to use those three little words that mean so much.

Children, especially, need to hear that they are loved.  You also need to show them but it is so good to teach them to use such powerful and meaningful words as I Love You.  For some reason though, many people find it hard to say the words, mostly men.  They are not only words, they have such strength for the one on the receiving end.  They reassure that person that they truly are loved and appreciated and you can never tell a person that too much.

Telling your loved ones that you do love them is also a great thing because you never feel regrets later in life.  You know that you shared how much you loved them when they needed to hear it.  Some people believe in only telling a person they love them if they truly do love them and that is good too.  Don't use those three magical words if you don't mean them. 

Showing a person that you love them by your actions is great and a follow up with a verbal "I love you" just reinforces your love.  Write your spouse a love letter like you might have back when you were just courting.  Taking the time to work on your relationship always pays off.  Life is busy for everyone but it only takes a moment to say "I Love You" and there is no right time to say it.  It is a universal statement and there is not a person on Earth who doesn't need to hear that they are loved. 

Many marriages these days are failing.  One of the reasons could be that the couple uses more unkind words to one another than they do kind ones.  Once you start this pattern, it quickly develops and you find yourself wondering if there is anything you even like about them anymore.  The same but opposite reaction might happen if you start saying kind words to one another and letting him or her know how much they mean to you.  You might find that the positive comments start coming out a lot more often and you will be reminded of all the things you loved about your spouse when your relationship first began.  Tell your spouse you love him or her for no reason.  You might be surprised at their response and how much happier it will make you both feel.

Remember, you can never say I Love You to someone you really love too often.  It will just strengthen your love for one another and what could be better than that?
