A flawless skin is God's gift. Therefore retention or promotion of flawless skin is primarily possible only through natural treatments. Maintaining a flawless skin is certainly a difficult task. Human skin contains two layers namely dermis and epidermis. The exposed skin is the epidermis layer and it is prone to pimples, sun burns, acne as well as aging.
You need to shed the old dull skin and give a shining look to the new skin. The new age soaps and face washes just remain on your skin for only few seconds and the results are temporary. What can you do to acquire a flawless skin forever? Let us see the natural ways for treating the skin.
Things to do
1) First determine the type of skin you have. Is it dry, oily or combination of both? This can be identified by the T-zone area which includes forehead, nose and the chin. If the T-zone area appears oily then you have a oily skin and if it is dry then you have a dry skin. If it has less oil then you have the combination skin.
2) Lemon is a natural cleanser and when mixed with honey it becomes a natural bleach. You can apply this mixture twice a week to fade the blemishes.
3) If you have a oily skin try using Basin flour for the face or the whole body. The basin flour sucks the oozing oil and smoothens the skin. When the same basin flour is mixed with curd it serves as a natural tan remover.
4) Drink minimum of 8 glasses of water a day. Water removes the toxins present in the system and makes your skin glow.
5) Before getting to bed remove the make up. The dirt, grime, oil and bacteria that collect on your skin the whole day can be removed by mild face wash. This allows your skin breathe.
6) The next step is toning the skin. Lemon juice with honey or a mixture of Glycerine, rose water and lemon juice is a very effective natural toner. Vegetables like tomato, cucumber and fruits like orange, strawberry, apple can also effectively tone the skin.
7) After toning, moisturize the skin with moisturizers containing natural ingredients. For dry skin the best suited moisturizers are the rich oils such as olive or sesame. Normal to oily skin have to be treated with light oils extracted from jojoba, grapeseed, or avocado.
8) Sleep peacefully for around 8 to 9 hours in a day. When sleeping your body cells regenerates thus improving the health and skin texture.
9) Maintain a well balanced diet. A diet with fruits and vegetables is more effective than processed food. Your body takes up the necessary minerals and vitamins found in the natural diet.
These 9 core steps when followed seriously provide a flawless skin forever.
