If I could
Would you still love me?
Would you be there for me?
Would you hear
What I have to say?
If I could
Take back the time,
If what I was to see,
For what I had not done
Will you forgive me?
If I could
Still have the time,
Make you understand,
I know that I can,
I know that I should.
If I could
Make things easy,
Have a chance to
Tell you how much
You mean to me.
If I could
Then let me take your keys,
Because you are too drunk to drive.
Lets say goodnight for the party is over.
Because if I had,
You would still be alive today.

Not knowing that I can, I understand

If I could, little one,
I would enfold you with sunshine
If I could
I would create joy in a cup
and fill you up
every morning
