One Moment In Time
Amid the dark of the forest
a lone tree
it's bark injured with carvings of love hearts,
initials, declaring undying love,
partly smothered with deep green moss engulfing,
twisting itself like a fox-fur collar
protecting it's master from the wind,
glowed in the shadows of the surrounding tree's
as the early sunrise hits it's ray's upon it
like a spotlight to a star on stage,
surrounded by a field of serenity.
In that instant all is well with the world.
No war.
No disasters.
No famine.
Just peace.

He will stare at every line, curve and say eef
The child looks up at

Pink n blue
colours giving earth
a high self esteem
the view of day is
yellow n white
Black n blue though
(In an instant Mother Nature’s wrath devours)
Many times a day
I seek solace from above
Watching sunrise at the dawning
