The shape of the wind
What is wilder than the wind
In the sail of a fine boat
The full curves
The billowing cloth
The sea is a woman
And does care who rides her
Men may man the boat
But the boat herself is feminine
She is a hole in the water
Whatever her name may be
The first sailboat I ever set foot on
Was named Conan
By the Yugoslavian skipper
The sexiest man I ever met
In all my life
His wife soon gave birth
To their first child
A daughter
His boat was made to race
And bore the name of a man
Be that as it may
A boat is a hole in the water
Her sails hold the shape of the wind
