It was my birthday, and once again, I was not thrilled about it. I decided to go to the beach to observed the sea. I gazed at the waves of the sea. I loved hearing the sounds of water crashing into the rocks. As I sat on the gray rocks, I put my hands together and began to pray.
“God, I wish I could spend my birthday with somebody special.”
“Hey, Uptown, what's up?”
I opened my eyes, and there floating was a woman. She was gorgeous, with a honey-colored complexion and long wavy hair. Bivalves covered her firm round breasts.
“How did you know my nickname?” I was shocked.
“My name Maneli, and God sent me to be with you. I'm a mermaid.”
“You're a mermaid? Yeah, right, prove it.”
Maneli smiled, and did a moonsault. I was in awe at Maneli’s athletic physique and her orange-gold fin. It was hard for him to comprehend what was really going on.
“Come on silly,” Maneli pulled me in the water. “And explore a different world.”
Under the ocean, hand in hand, Maneli and I were swimming so swiftly. Strangely, Uptown did not have to worry about holding his breath. He felt like he was one of the exotic sea animals he saw swimming above. I looked over to my right and saw Maneli smiling at me. I loved her Trident smile and emerald eyes.
“Where are we going, Maneli?” I asked.
Maneli continued. “See that underwater metropolis; it is your new home.”
