Some of my favorite Facebook games are the Hidden Object games. There are many of them including: Hidden Objects Toy Room, Store Room, Café, Museum, Jungle, House 1 and House 2, Make Up Room, Supermarket , Guest Room and Garden.
Each of these games gives you between four and five minutes to find all of the hidden objects on the particular page. For each one of these games, there are several pages or levels. For the most part, the games are not difficult with the exception of the Hidden Object Jungle game where the green background often makes it difficult for me to see the objects that are hidden. The other small problem with the game is that you will lose twenty seconds of your time if you click on the wrong object, or click on what you perceive to be the object you are looking for. Also, at times, even though you click on the correct object, the game doesn’t register this and you may end up clicking on the object multiple times and losing a lot of time and points because of it. For the most part though, this is a minor inconvenience.
In Hidden Objects Garden, Make Up Room and Store Room, the player is able to view the game on a full screen making it easier to find what you are looking for. While most of the objects you are looking for are easy to find, some are more difficult because they blend in with the scenery.
Each game comes with its own background “music” and its own scenery. However, several of the games have similar objects that you will be looking for. As the player proceeds through the game looking for the hidden objects, they are given about five minutes per screen to find them. The quicker you find each object on each page, the more points you can rack up. Of course, the more times you play the game, the quicker you become because you have a tendency to remember where the items are hidden.
One of the many things I like about these games is the fact that you can just play the game without having to go through and say that you are allowing the games access to any of your information. You just click on the games and play. All in all, Hidden Object facebook games are a lot of fun, sometimes too much fun. It is very easy to get caught up in them.
