Every day I see nothing new.
I wish for a friend,
but no one comes through.
I did not dream of this life,
Even married,
I find no happiness in my wife.
I imagine a better day,
but when I open my eyes,
it goes away.
To say that I'm numb,
is an understatement of my emotion,
as I callously go through the day to day motions.
I feel nothing,
I know nothing,
I am nothing.
