As a citizen of United States our amendments need to be spoken about. Does anyone know all 25 amendments? Did you know that we have 25 amendments? However, most of our amendments that we use are within the first 10 as well as number 16.
However even with these amendments, it still ends up being more complicated then what we read.
1st Freedom of religion, of speech, of the press, to assemble, and to petition September 25, 1789 December 15, 1791
2nd Enumerates the right to keep and bear arms September 25, 1789 December 15, 1791
3rd No forced quartering of soldiers in private houses during peacetime.
In a time of war, Congress can pass a law stating that soldiers should be quartered.

When you stop to think, are you told to watch how you word things, maybe you're told base your sentence with your "opinion" before you start, yet first amendment states freedom of speech as long as it's not basing it on a hate crime. So if we are to how we first start our sentences, how do we then have freedom of speech? Then again I thought we had freedom of choice, that we had options.
How can we choose our options or make our own decisions if someone is telling us you have no choice, maybe they threaten you with jail time if you choose not to testify or agree with them. Then again maybe some think because they are cops, maybe they are district attorney employee or maybe they are some other government agency, our rights are amendment for a reason. They will do what they can, even if that includes bending the rules, bulling people, doing only half the job, or maybe they threaten someone, however, they do it we as Americans have our rights! Now I'm not saying go in front of a judge and do or say something dumb that gets you in serious trouble, but for everyone else, people need to start practicing their right (amendments).
The innocent seem to be the ones who are paying for the others who actually commit a crime. If you read my other article called help, need views you'll see what I mean. I took two cases and showed the system has some kinks in it and unless the rights are spoken about, we will be pushed, bullied and threatened by the same people who say they will protect us.
If bulling me or threatening me is what they call protecting, then I'm sure I can protect myself.
