Writing prolifically on the web or in print can take its toll on those writers that have the task to write day in and day out. It's often hard to become motivated with so many articles under the belt, writers block and a lack of ideas during the day. So how does a writer become motivate to write more articles that generate traffic? Read on and discover the tips that will put you into overdrive!

>> Create a good habit <<

One of the best ways to approach writing frequently to produce traffic generation articles (and stay motivated) is to create a good habit out of your writing activies.

A good habit generally takes 7 - 30 days to develop but once it sets in you'll be able to do much more work without feeling like a drag. Building this good habit by writing every day (even if you have to force yourself) will distill motivation in each new word you transfer from your mind to paper.

>> Find your best writing time <<

It's often hard to be motivtted to write traffic generating articles because of the time of day. Yes, really! The time of the day really matters for many writers because the human body will become in sync with productivity.

Each writer has a "sweet spot" were writing comes naturally. The trick to being motivated when writing is to seek out this perfect timing and be prepared to write when the time hits.

>> Keep an idea journal <<

Article after article, day after day, it can be difficult to generate new ideas for writing. Instead of waiting around for an idea to jump out at you, write down any little snippet of information or idea that pops into your head throughout the day.

Even if you don't plan to use the idea right away, it's always good to keep it in handy to spark your curiosity and motivate you to continue writing.

>> Take frequent breaks <<

Long hours in front of the computer or paper can be taxing on the mind, eyes and body. Much like any activity, when you devote large portions of your time your mind will eventually start to wander and become tired.

Break up your writing into manageable blocks of time with relaxation in between each set. Take this time during your break to completely disconnect from what you're doing - taking a break helps greatly with motivation as you pick up on things happening in the world.

>> Try something new <<

Writing the same type of article again and again is equally tiring on your mind as the topics begin to blur. If you're writing traffic generating articles, you're most likely writing deeply about technical elements and striving hard to use the right keywords.

Every once in a while, write something completely unrelated to your previous work. Try out a bit of creative writing to break up these work session. Poetry, humor and stories are a great way to liven your mood and get you motivated to jump back into your writing.

>> The ultimate tip for writers <<

Every writer approaches their articles in a different way but there is one secret that will help you dominate work, stay motivated and continue to pump out traffic generating articles: support.

Tell your friends and family that you have a goal in mind, set a deadline and be ready to reward yourself after each milestone. Because you know people are behind you and your work, you will always feel motivated to do just a little bit more each day.
