The Trinity: How God takes three forms

Using the Trinity to witness.

This world is a lost world and Satan has done his best to ensure that many are blinded by his lies so that they will not reap the eternal benefits of taking Jesus Christ into their life. Our life, our job - our reason for being here as brothers and sisters in the Lord is to tell those who are lost about Him.
Your mission field may be at your desk, in your home writing your blog. Your mission field may be your office or other place of work. Perhaps your neighborhood.

If you think I'm trying to tell you I take every advantage of telling others about Jesus Christ as often as I should, you'd be mistaken. I don't take advantage of every opportunity and turning every situation I possibly can into a mission field.

This one afternoon not too long ago, my mission field was my front porch. Now - unlike I suspect most people I long for Jehovah's Witnesses or Mormons to come to my door. In all my years as a U.S. Army wife - we've spent most of those years living on federal military installations. That also means it is illegal to solicit, so we never got random JW's or LDS at our door. I know one way to get an LDS at the door is to order a Book of Mormon (BOM). As I understand it, they won't send it without an LDS at your door to follow-up.

But this particular afternoon I was alone and totally unexpected, I was upstairs when the doorbell rang. I have two long windows on either side of my front door that have white lacy curtains over them. I can see out, but during the day it's harder for anyone to see in if I don't want them to. So when I peeked and saw two young men in matching white shirts and matching ties and matching black pants I knew I was looking at either Mormons or JW's.

Now the Lord has given me a bluntness when it comes to His Word, but definitely not always. In my surprise, I was amazed that I was still able to listen to Him - but "hear" Him I did (I do not mean audibly. I do not hear voices in my head. Even then, it really wasn't audible, just crystal clear. It's more like concise thoughts that will stand out even sometimes when there is confusion or chaos). The thought that came to mind as I opened my door (normally, I would not open my door to two young or old or otherwise - men when I am home alone) was, "OK - you're either Mormons or Jehovah's Witnesses. Which one?"

I thought that to be a bit of an odd opening myself - but it elicited a laugh from both of them because I said it with a welcoming smile on my face and my arms were
