The Black Hole.....
You don't really know you've fallen in it until it's too late. Somehow, you've slid down and down and down and nobody noticed least of all you.
Nothing feels worth living for any more.
You lose the joy for life.
You cry but don't know why
The sky seems grey even when it's blue
Everything seems an effort
Your energy is sapped like your life blood
You're tired but you can't sleep
You waken early but you can't get up
Your jaws hurt forcing a plastic smile for the outside world.
You want to crawl under the duvet and hide away.

Someone says "Cheer up it may never happen"
Yeah..really helpful..

Nobody understands, they remind you of all the good things you have
You know they're right and feel worse, feel guilty for being low
You forget you can't control it
You forget nobody wants to feel like this
You forget you'll come out through the black tunnel
You forget the light will come
And it will

One day, somehow
The sky's not quite so grey
You actually hear the birds
You laugh when the children play
You can see the colour of the flowers
Something makes you smile

And you know then that it's going to be ok
This time the light has come..
