How many hours a day should you work on your online business to see results? 

The answer to this question may vary from one person to the next because this is your own business with no set hours like a job.  What is more and might shock you is that this is not the question you should ask.  The question you should really ask is, how many hours am I willing to commit, and I mean really commit to my business?  This is the question you should ask yourself.

Many online affiliate marketers or internet marketers find it difficult to drag themselves in front of that computer and take action.  Some people feel comfortable writing draft after draft instead of just going ahead and submitting those articles.  Some of them feel that they still have to learn and analyze some more before they take that first step.  Some people can’t find what to sell while some others are getting stuck with keywords dilemma. 

The list of issues that people put in front of them can be quite long.

If those symptoms are of short duration, that’s fine, it’s a normal phase that many if not all of us had to go through at one point or another early in our internet career.  However, if those symptoms persist you might want to find out what the real problem is.

What do I mean what the real problem is?

My experience taught me that in most cases this is due to “lack of positive beliefs”.  Lack of beliefs in yourself and lack of beliefs in what you are doing in this instance, your online business.

“Without vision the people perish”

This is so true!  Without a vision or goal if you prefer, it would be almost impossible for anyone to make it in this business.  The reason for this is because your success will depend on your actions and those actions will be mostly based on the beliefs that you have of not only that you could, but will succeed.  At this point how many hours you will be spending working on your online business is quite irrelevant and more about what kind of focused actions you will be taking.

If you are focusing on specific actions, then you will spend some time (hours) developing those actions.  It goes without saying.

What kind of actions are you going to take for something you don’t believe in?  How motivated are you going to be in taking action if you don’t believe in yourself?

The answer for each of these questions is very obvious. NOT many!

So, in conclusion, when it comes to your time management and you find yourself not being able to give the time that you know you should to make your business work for you, try to find out what is the real issue behind it all.
