LIFE AND JUSTICE

Is it possible that the very people who say “we are here to protect you”; they also say we will help. Those people are the prosecutor of the commonwealth.  Our constitutional right and the law state that a defendant has the right to a speedy and fair trial. However, when the district attorney's office does not supply all the information and refuses to answer emails and return phone calls to the defendant's attorney, how is that a fair trial? How is that giving a constitutional right?  Maybe they do this so they get a notch in their belt, maybe they do this because they don't want to admit they are wrong, then again it could be they just have a case.

Which in return they make these “plea bargains” or “open pleas”. There is different types of pleas, they are not always as simple as pleading guilty or not guilty, but whatever the means it's still a plea. What's your opinion on a plea? If a person's attorney is not given all the information and the information she does have doesn't all add up, should a person take a plea bargain? So when an attorney looks at a case, how is she to know whether this deal is a good one or just take this case to trial?

The truth is justice isn’t really justice based on the facts that I’ve seen. This is showing how crooked the district attorney’s office really is. There should be an investigation on this office, not because I ask or say so, but because, how many innocent people have lost their lives due to wrong identity or falsely accused and this office not giving all the information as it states by law.

This doesn't matter whether these people served 90 days or 10 years, their life has been changed and taken away forever. There is no way to give them back the time they have lost.

Are you still in doubt about the justice system?

Let me get even more detailed about how crooked the justice system really is. Until you lived with your life taken away and destroyed by the crookedness of the system we rely on a daily basis. My next article will have a true life story of a man whose life is about to be taken away due to this unfairness, unconstitutional act of the system.  He is about to lose two years of his life because the D.A refuses to give all the information, which in return this man is about to take an open plea that's going to take him away from his children and wife and there's 2 years lost.

You as the public may be basing this legit, however really think back to the news on TV or newspapers, remember reading about people being let go from jail due to falsely being accused of an act they didn’t do?

All this is being done because someone who hears voices in her head decided she would call the cops and say he was doing something that he wasn't. How fair is that?
