Cooking for children can be very challenging at times. You may deal with picky eaters, different tastes, and kids who are constantly asking for snacks. It can be a hassle for busy parents to meet all their child's needs when it comes to cooking. Eventually, it is important to teach kids how to fix these problems themselves and start creating their own snacks and meals. There are many easy recipes out there that kids are able to make on their own. Another issue that's important to many parents is the nutrition in the food their children consume. It's possible to find both healthy and easy recipes for your children to create. They can be proud of themselves for making something edible, and you can be proud of them for taking steps towards independence.

This also works with individual cups of yogurt. Just open the container and place a stick in the center. For yogurt, you don't even have to use tin foil because the consistency will hold the stick in place. Older children can use a blender to mix together whole fruit, milk, yogurt and even a little ice cream. They can experiment with different combinations and invent their own unique creations.
Smiley Face Toast
If you allow your child to make toast, this recipe is great. You may have to help them by cutting up a banana, 1 strawberry, and an apple. Have them toast some bread and then spread with cream cheese, peanut butter, Nutella, or their favorite jelly. If you don't want them using real knives, they can use
