Say Nothing
Roaring winds heavy snowfalls beat
At the door unable to enter
Within the ancient cottage
The flames dance high and low
Casting our shadows from
Floor to ceiling as we warm
Before the orange glow
Our clothes lay to one side
Of the fire to dry
Our nakedness is no barrier
For within love is not that
So?
The water boils in its container
The drink is
Reassurance against the wind
Strutting and the snow building
White walls to hide graves
Is fortune a way of wealth
To have a love that takes
Control
Leaving you locked in an intimacy
That rejuvenates the soul
A desire you never knew existed
Until now
Let us dance in the field of emotions
Let us wash in the sensual flow
Let us devour a love and seek
A burning that shows pain in Happiness.
Say nothing just don’t go.

Of one who so deeply cared
Hot tears
by Jishi Santos
I left my Dad in bed and shook his hand
and took off to another place to work.
His handshake, always firm, was my last touch,
