Today Tommy is your best friend
Captains of the great sand ship
You conquer the world
And ravage the seas
Then take to the sky
Together soaring above the land
Catching butterflies and
Squealing with delight.
Today is the best day ever
Innocent and free
You dream beyond
What your blue eyes can see
This playground is your stage
A safe island in this great world
Today a ships captain
Tomorrow King of the Castle.

A lovelorn child of days gone past
Together for one moment
