PPC requires a huge amount of web traffic.  In order to earn a decent income, you need to drive many visitors to your blog daily.  With affiliate marketing, you do need traffic too.  But more importantly, you need visitors that trust you.  With PPC you need a crowd of people while with affiliate marketing you need loyal visitors.  Most blogs have loyal visitors. 

Blogs are personal in nature.  They are meant to be personal.  Blogs are also very interactive.  So there is a lot of involvement between the owner and the visitors because the nature of blogs allows that. 

There is no better way to take advantage of this other than affiliate marketing.  To recommend products, you need visitors that trust you.  That’s exactly what the nature of blogs help you achieve.  If you have many visitors that trust you, do not rely on PPC, rely on affiliate marketing.

In addition to the foregoing, with affiliate marketing, you can choose any products you want.  If you go to the top online marketers’ websites, you can become an affiliate to their products.  This ability to choose from a huge number of products helps you choose the best ones for your visitors.  You can find products that sell really well and become an affiliate to them.

The importance of selling affiliate products on your blog lies in the fact that affiliate marketing is the most profitable and the most popular way to make money online.  It is better than PPC or any other monetization methods.
