Nutrition to Battle the Effects of Estrogen

There are more than 70,000 chemicals registered in the United States containing (Xeno) estrogen.  Even if he were to live in a bubble in Arizona we could not avoid the estrogen contained in a plastic of the bubble itself.  Estrogen is present in the plastics we use, the pesticides used on fruits and vegetables, in the pills and contraception used for birth control and in the hormones in our meets; the environment is saturated in estrogen.  Avoiding estrogen seems like the improbable solution; so what can we do about this?

In order to balance excess estrogen a conscious choice must be made to consume foods of that are rich in progesterone such as wild yams, hormone free low-fat milk and eggs, especially the yolks.  Progesterone, counteracts estrogen side effects by assisting the thyroid gland, as a mild diuretic, it aides in the use fat as an energy source, acts as natural antidepressant, normalizes blood clotting, normalizes zinc and copper levels (reducing moodiness), and maintains cellular oxygen levels. Progesterone also protects against
