Where's my love story?
She was only sixteen.
Didn’t know a single thing
about life beyond her school,
followed every single rule
Till the day he passed her way.
Something inside changed that day.
He didn’t see her standing there.
Couldn’t see how much she cared.
Too shy to say hello.
She never told him, just watched him go,
so she hides away and cries.
Sings alone as her heart dies.
Chorus:
I read the stories,
I see the movies,
I know all of the love songs.
But there’s no one here
to hold me, tell me “Dear,
don’t worry, I’ll fix all the wrongs.”
What a silly dream
to want Prince Charming
in a world where I can’t win.
To want a big romance,
to laugh and kiss and dance.
Oh, when will my love story begin?
She was twenty-five.
On her own, feeling so alive.
Thinking life was all a joke,
didn’t care whose heart she broke.
Every night a different man,
she gets her kicks however she can.
She never lets them get near.
Her heart would be in pieces she fears.
So she keeps it locked away,
secretly hoping, she silently prays
“Please bring a man to me,
one I can trust, to make me happy.”
Chorus:
I read the stories,
I see the movies,
I know all of the love songs.
But there’s no one here
to hold me, tell me “Dear,
don’t worry, I’ll fix all the wrongs.”
What a silly thing
to want Prince Charming
in a world where I can’t win.
To want a big romance,
to laugh and kiss and dance.
Oh when will my love story begin?
I am tired of waiting,
this cycle of faceless dating.
My heart is always burns.
Oh, when will it be my turn…
Chorus:
I’ve read the stories,
I’ve seen the movies,
I know all of the love songs.
Still there’s no one here
to hold me, tell me “Dear,
don’t worry, I’ll fix all the wrongs.”
What a silly dream
to want Prince Charming
in a world where I can’t win.
To want a big romance,
to laugh and kiss and dance.
Oh, when will my love story begin?

Songs: Waiting for love
Verse 1:
I walked day and night, impatiently waiting,
Waiting to see if you will come back,
On sunny days, I looked far and
it's just like yesterday when you closed the door on me
and everyday i try to get up and move
i want to smile and say it's
by Moeze Lalji
Waiting for love it has to be
Girls walk on roads of love
Boys walk on roads of love
All growing up waiting for love
The eyes
Where's my love story?
She was only sixteen.
Didn’t know a single thing
about life beyond her school,
followed every
Dark cloud holding back the sun
You held back the sun for so long
For so long I waited
But the cloud finally broke
Sun shining
